Our Process
Step One:
A client is identified by a social service agency or charitable organization as being in need of furniture. The agency or organization contacts Furnishing Hope and provides information about client and/or schedules an appointment to shop .
Step Two:
If the agency or charitable organization has not otherwise scheduled an appointment to shop, Furnishing Hope will contact the client to schedule an appointment to shop for furniture.
Step Three:
At the scheduled time, the client (as well as a representative from the agency or charitable organization if desired) visits our warehouse facility and selects needed furniture items
Step Four:
Selected furniture items are transported to the client's home. For a small fee, we offer a delivery service if the client cannot transport the furniture on their own.
